Dr. Aaron Johnson is Co-Chair of GAME’s Futurist and Innovation Committee (FIC). He is a well-known Health Equity and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) subject matter expert, speaker, and consultant. 

Dr. Johnson excels in implementing his DEI and health equity strategy within various health system’s value-based care models as a means to improve quality of services rendered as well as quantitative measures such as CMS Star Ratings. He has been a trailblazer in showing the efficacy of DEI and health equity as major contributing factors in long-term fiscal and qualitative returns within health systems, healthcare organizations, corporate, and non-profit settings.  

Dr. Johnson has delivered transformative results in key health equity and DEI leadership roles.  He has successfully presented and implemented culturally tailored DEI programs nationally and internationally (United States, Australia, Canada).  Dr. Johnson, a south Florida Native, is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University where he earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree, graduating with highest honors. He is likewise a member of the Lynn University Healthcare Management Advisory Council and is a part of the Florida Society of Health-System Pharmacists DEI Committee. He is also a contributor for various publications including Pharmacy Times.
