THE THOMAS KELLNER INNOVATION AWARD
THE GLOBAL CME IMPACT AWARD

Daniel Guinee

The Global Alliance for Medical Education (GAME) proudly presented the Lew Miller Volunteer of the Year Award at the GAME Annual Assembly webinar on May 28, 2024. This annual award honors exceptional individuals, recognizing their contributions and volunteer efforts to support GAME’s mission. This year, GAME was fortunate to have several dedicated volunteers nominated, each showcasing remarkable dedication to lifelong learning in the healthcare community.

We are delighted to announce that Daniel Guinee received the 2024 Lew Miller Volunteer of the Year Award. Daniel is Director, Digital Education at MedLive (formerly PlatformQ) where he works with medical education colleagues in CPD, including the Pharmaceutical Industry. Daniel’s impressive accomplishments for GAME include helping us raise significant funds to support educational and futuristic activities. He also served as a moderator for the Futurist and Innovation Committee Artificial Intelligence Webinar, volunteered for the nominations committee, and currently contributes to the Community of Practice Implementation task force.

Our congratulations and appreciation to Daniel for his dedication to GAME and lifelong learning.

Created in 2022, the Lew Miller Award recognizes the volunteer work of an individual GAME member that is not a part of the organizational leadership. The Global Alliance for Medical Education (GAME) is an organization that is dependent upon volunteers. The organization pulls people from all walks of medical education life, who are interested in furthering the vision and mission of the organization. Committee chairs, committee members, and all Board Directors are volunteers. This award, though, is created to recognize a volunteer that is NOT a part of the Board of Directors or the Executive Committee.
